Scope: As a part of my PR experience with Apple, I was the lead writer on a Newroom post tied both to the celebration of Global Accessibility Awareness Day and the release of new software features for cognitive, vision, hearing, and mobility accessibility. I connected with the mother of a nonspeaking boy who uses augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and a developer who delivers this technology via the App Store.
